Visiting Teacher Kosho McCall!

We are happy and honored to have Zen teacher Kosho McCall with us this weekend... Please join us on Sunday June 17, 8:45am-12pm for a morning of practice, teachings, and discussion with Zen teacher Kosho McCall of the Austin Zen Center. We will begin with meditation instruction, followed by periods of silent and guided meditation, teachings, and a question and answer session. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. All events at Mid City Zen are offered free of charge. Donations are accepted with gratitude. If you’ve been curious about Zen or Buddhism this would be a great introduction. If you have a regular practice, this is an opportunity to meet other local practitioners and connect with a teacher who will be visiting the area regularly.
